Making soymilk is as simple as placing the soaked soybeans in the filter, adding water to the stainless steel container, and pressing milk.
Fresh hot soymilk will be ready in approximately 20 minutes.

To make tofu:
Once soymilk is hot and ready:
Add two spoonfuls of apple vinegar, the juice of two small limes or one teaspoon of commercial coagulant for Tofu.

Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the soy protein to condense.

Filter the tofu with a fabric cloth

Place it in the mold; something heavy on top of the mold will help squeeze the water from it.

To make soup:

Measure a measuring cup, (same multipurpose container to maintain the head of the SOYAELECTRIC when the process is finished) of any vegetable(s) you decide to use in your soup.

Add water until the maximum measurement, season, salt and pepper.
Adjust soup filter to the head and press “Soup”.
- It will be ready in about 20 minutes.

To make paste:
Use two measuring cups of any cereal. No need to soak overnight.

Place them in the milk filter and fit to the top.

Add water until any measure mark.
- Press paste. It will be ready in about 20 minutes.

To make soymilk:
- Measure a measuring cup of dry soybeans.
(100g approx.)
- Rinse and soak for at least 5 hrs. Rinse again.
- Place the soaked soybeans in the filter and adjust to the head.
- Add water to the stainless steel container.
- Press “milk”
- Fresh hot soymilk will be ready in approximately 20 minutes.
